We have subsidised RM23 for the treatment of Happy the Cat.

Dear Dr Chan,
Happy aka Lucky is one of the community cats that I feed.
Brought him to the vet, upon examination of his condition, the Vet said to put him on antibiotic and lysine to combat the flu for 14 and 10 days respectively.
After 14 days we will need to visit the Vet again and if he does not recover, the vet is recommending to go for a blood test to confirm whether he is a FIV cat as all symptoms are pointing towards this infection. We are praying hard that this disease does not infect him.
Should this happen, we have spoken to the Vet to charge us a cheaper rate but we hope that this would not happen. Fingers crossed.
Attached please find a duly completed medical subsidy form and receipt from the Vet for your attention. Will post the originals of the above to you before end of this week.
