Spaying Subsidy For Girly (Susan Bell�s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of Girly.

From Susan Bell:

Dear Dr Chan,

Girly is a female dog , that is not part of the construction site group. Margie and I have noticed her loitering around the plant nursery on our way to the construction site,and because there is a male in the group we decided to spay her to be on the safe side.

She’s a very friendly dog and gentle too. I wish to apply for neutering subsidy for Girly and hope to do the other female , which we believe is her mother .
