PECK Is Fighting For His Life...

PECK is fighting for his life…

An update for those of you who have been following the story of PECK who was rescued by Khun Paporn of www.khlongdogs.com …

Khun Paporn picked PECK up from a temple in Lat Krabang, Bangkok in September. He had been shot (2 bullets still in his spine) and hit by a car. In her own words Khun Paporn writes:

“Dear Leonard, Just visited PECK. Now it is 10 days after the operation. PECK can eat, but the bowel does not absorb well. Other dog would be able to walk already, but because PECK has been shot, hit by car, so he was already in poor condition.

He now is having short bowel syndrome. If his body makes it, he will slowly gain weight and be on the way to recovery. If he will not make it he will just sleep and will not wake up.

I have tried every means to make his life comfortable, the vets also are helping him and do whatever they can to help, He is at the best hospital in Thailand. Vets confirmed to me he is not in pain. But he needs more time. Let’s pray for him.
