Neutering Subsidy For Mr Tinkles, Male Cat (Nandhini Sivanna�s)

As discussed previously, I would like to apply for subsiby for�Mr�Tinkles�Neutering. He has been coming for food lately and managed to get himinto the carrier with wet food:)

I sent him to the vet about 7pm on 24th oct Wed evening and he was discharged the next day

1. Photo of�Mr�Tinkles�in the carrier was taken befor he was sent to the vet

2. Today 27th Oct Sat, he finally came for his food again so I took some photos. In a way I am happy to see that he is doing fine. Was worried because he looked old and wasnt sure if I should neuter him. The only reason I sent him for neutering is because he was eyeing on mama cat.
