Lets Help Susan Bells Dogs Find Homes

While we can only help Susan Bell in the neutering of the 20-30 dogs and provide petfood assistance, the dogs need something more – to find a home. As you know, when the construction of the building is completed, the dogs would have no where to go and we do fear for their safety and their future.
Since we still have time now, we’d like to appeal to all our readers to put our heads (and hearts) together and help these dogs find homes.
When we first communicated, I had given Susan a list of shelters to make enquiries. As expected most shelters are full and are unable to take in the dogs except one.
If you know of any other shelter or anyone who can help, kindly contact Susan directly at her email address below.

Dear Dr Chan,
Thank you for publicising the plight of the construction site dogs. I have contacted all the various animal shelters and only one is able to help me.
The owner of the shelter has very kindly agreed to take in 2 dogs at RM50 per dog per month. That’s a start. We are evacuating these 2 lucky dogs on friday 2nd November. They have also publicised the plight of the construction site dogs on their web site.
Another black dog,by the name of Pony is also being adopted by a friend’s aunt. Hopefully Pony will leave any day now.
I managed to convince another shelter to shelter the dogs for RM100 per dog per month. Initially it was RM300 per month! I have to rely on friends and relatives to help me fund the cost of the 5 dogs that will go there.
I’m looking for anyone that has some land or farm, even if it’s in a different state to shelter these dogs. I hope God will open more doors for me.
We managed to spay one dog this week, her name is Serena. We had one male,Napoleon in the car and somehow ha managed to bulldoze his way out of the car and stood infront of the car and wagged his tail.Cheeky boy!
Thank you once again for all your help and advice.
Warm Regards
Susan
