Dear Dr Chan
Very sorry to hear about Bosco. My condolences to you.
I am writing to seek spaying subsidy and also TVT treatment for YT. She first appeared in our neighborhood in July with a broken chain on her neck. She was scared of humans and will run when she sees people, despite us feeding her daily. A neighbor threatened to call MBPJ and a kind neighbor, with the help of his maid, managed to lure her into their compound and agreed to foster her. Shortly after we realized she was pregnant. YT gave birth to 7 pups on 18 Aug. Five of her pups have been adopted. Two more still need to find homes soon. She was sent for neutering last Thursday and also for her first TVT jab.
We hope to also find YT a new home after she completes her TVT jabs but she must be given time to adjust to a new environment. Once she knows her carers, YT is very devoted and a most excellent watchdog. She is very obedient and does her pee and poo in the garden, or during walks.
cheers
Eileen
YT and her puppies.
YT’s TVT (will be treated)
YT is up for adoption (after she recovers from the TVT and is spayed).
We will be subsidising YT’s spaying and TVT treatment. TVT (transmissible venereal tumour) is commonly found in un-neutered strays. It is one of the most treatable cancers. We have seen very bad cases that recover remarkably well and fast with treatment. RetroMAD1, from our experience, helps quicken the regression, but must be used together with the usual chemotherapy injections.
Two of YT’s puppies are still waiting for adoption:
Hi Dr Chan
Here are pictures of YT’s 2 last puppies looking for a home.
Star is the only male, Zorra is female.
They were born 18 Aug, had their first vaccination and deworming done.
Active and playful, but not noisy.
Spaying is compulsory. Please call Eileen 019-320 3875 if interested.
thanks
Star (male)
Zorra (female)
