He had a severe maggot infested neck wound which needed urgent treatment to save Silley’s life. He was also suffering from malnutrition & needed lots of tender loving care to restore him to health. Eacy day our vets thoroughly cleaned Silley’s wound & although painful, Silley never complained. He seemed to know we were trying to help him get better. Silley now lives in our A3 run & has lots of new friends. His coat has grown back beautifully & he is now unrecognisable as the sad dog we saw on arrival. We caught up with Silley this week as his carer (Khun Dow) was giving Silley his weekly bath. He wasn’t too keen at first, but it was a very hot afternoon & no doubt cooled him down & we got a big smile!
