Su Ann wrote to me sometime last year. Apparently, a kitten was stuck inside a very deep drain and the mum-cat was trying to get her out. One of our volunteers went to help, but there was no way a human could enter that drain. Finally, the kitten got out herself and all was well.
Su Ann had been tryingto catch the mum-cat to get her spayed and finally, after so many months, Su Ann managed to do it!
We had offered to sponsor the spaying, but Su Ann got it done all by herself.
Currently, the mum-cat is recuperating in Su Ann's home and here are her latest kittens, whom Su Ann is now caring for. No more falling into drains! The kittens have also been dewormed, de-flead and bathed. The vet has also administered Ivermectin on them as they all have mange.
The kittens and her mum are all up for adoption. If you are interested, please contact Su Ann directly at lucidly@gmail.com.
Su Ann has been communicating with me over email about the plight of this cat-family, and I know how hard she has tried to help them. There was even a few days when the whole family went missing and Su Ann went high and low searching for them. They are now finally safe and sound. Mum is spayed and the kittens are treated.
Phew! It's been a lot of hard work for Su Ann.
Thank you, Su Ann, for going all the way.
Now, the next step is to get the whole family adopted.
We'll need everyone's help here, please.
