The vet just called moments ago.  Complications has developed in Lilac's wounds.  Part of the wound has now turned gangrenous.  A more serious concern is that there is a swelling inside and an X-Ray taken today showed the presence of urine.  This suggests that there could be some leakage from the urethra. 

The vet will inform the rescuer, Lisa, and await her decision on Lilac. 

Meanwhile, we can only pray that Lilac will recover from these complications if Lisa agrees to get them treated.
