Neutering Subsidy For Bruno, Rescued Dog (Lim Swee Yen�s)

Remember Bruno, the dog with severe demodectic mange? He is recovering
well and it is time to have him neutered.�I would like to apply for a subsidy for the procedure.

Please find attached the pictures of him before and after the mange
treatment as well as a picture of the incision made during the
castration surgery.
