We are from Perlis and currently we have around 6 stray dogs outside
our house, my mother feed them everyday but neighbours start
complaining, partly because they bark non stop every night. Recently a
female dog just gave birth to 7 puppies. Do you have any idea where to
go for neutering around Perlis area? and What is the price like? We
did check with Alor Setar Vet Clinic but the doctor said RM450 per
dog.. to me, it�s quite expensive. Actually now i live in Johor and
my mother have to handle this alone in Perlis, please let me know
anything you can help or any opinion or any better solution or
suggestion? Thanks in advance.
