500 PEOPLE POWER

We received so many calls everyday asking for help to remove strays from the streets mainly because neighborhood people are complaining and council are coming for them. This is why we call for an immediate 500 PEOPLE POWER CONFERENCE, to have council put a halt to killing and work with us on TNR.

Bear in mind, we are not doing this for ourselves…it’s for the stray animals out there straying on the lonely road alone, rain or shine as well as the many people who has called us up appealing for help. If the council can agree with us to STOP all killing, isn’t it a relieve to you as well?

We have waited all this while to have this conference, to bring everyone together to voice out our WISH, haven’t we?…But sadly, after we announce the conference on FB, we only have 19 people confirming their attendance and majority of them make out from our own volunteers.

We sincerely hope from the bottom of our hearts that everyone who read this post, who cared for the strays will make an effort to attend this event. A little of your time on a Sunday afternoon may help to change the lives of many.

Please support the event…without your voice, we are only a quiet whisper. Share out this event to all people you know. Bring along your family, friends and relatives. This may be a day in history.

SPCA Seberang Perai

The SPCA Seberang Perai is a society registered in September 2005. Our primary aim is to reduce the population of stray animals or possibly a zero stray population in a humane manner. With lesser strays or no strays at all, the loving value of animals will be greatly increased and you can be sure that humans will shower more love for their pets and be responsible pet owners. The problem should not only be shouldered by our Society as the public must also understand the urgent need to control the pet population and give their whole-hearted support to all our projects for the undertaking to be successful. Then we will achieve a clean and hygienic environment for the community. As a no killing organization, we are embarking on a two-prong approach towards the problem i.e public education and sterilization of the stray animals.
