Save Our Strays (SOS) - Penang

Remember this dog? We posted a while back but unable to locate the dog when we scout through the area after that? Apparently, I managed to find out what happened to this dog. She was heavily pregnant and loves to sleep under the vehicles that parked at the carpark. One day, while as usual she was sleeping under a car, the driver must have not noticed a dog sleeping underneath and put the car into gear. She could not get out on time and was badly wounded during the incident. Her side tummy was badly torn. Fortunately a good Samaritan nearby who used to feed her came to know and helped her put on medication. The dog is still alive, Thank God! [From Mummy Wan]
.. saw a stray dog limping with a realy big cut near his leg that his intestine/stomach is almost VISIBLE @ parking lot Pulau Tikus market this morning.. pls help..

SPCA Seberang Perai

The SPCA Seberang Perai is a society registered in September 2005. Our primary aim is to reduce the population of stray animals or possibly a zero stray population in a humane manner. With lesser strays or no strays at all, the loving value of animals will be greatly increased and you can be sure that humans will shower more love for their pets and be responsible pet owners. The problem should not only be shouldered by our Society as the public must also understand the urgent need to control the pet population and give their whole-hearted support to all our projects for the undertaking to be successful. Then we will achieve a clean and hygienic environment for the community. As a no killing organization, we are embarking on a two-prong approach towards the problem i.e public education and sterilization of the stray animals.
