There was an incident at about 11.45pm when I and 7 (!!) rescuers from Kajang (who answered Azimah's pleas for help) went to the container (my 4th time) to try to rescue the dogs starting at about 10pm. After lots of efforts to rescue the dogs, we were resting and discussing other tactics when suddenly the taman's security chief confronted us and threatened us with arrest for trespassing and other unsubstantiated far-fetched offences although we explain that we were trying to rescue the dogs at Azimah's invitation, a resident there. He would not accept our reasonings and constantly raised his voice at us, accusing us of being criminals and creating lots of scenes that drew the attention of the stall customers and passerbys. Then, after I did my best to diffuse the situation by saying stuffs to stroke his ego, he gave us an ultimatum to leave which we had no choice but to comply.
I can't go back anymore because I'm barred from entering the taman by the security. I'm so sorry that I can't help Azimah any further. I know nothing can describe Azimah's feelings after what happened.
The only good news is that I also secretly whisked away the baby pup in my car which we managed to evacuate and it's now safely with me. He's a chubby one but I don't know whether it's old enough to walk because it had trouble standing and moving about; it's moving around a little by crawling about. I don't know whether it has problems with its legs or something. Living under the container for its whole life without any walking and running may be a cause. It's not eating my dog kibbles (I'll buy puppy food tomorrow) nor drinking my pet milk. When I tried to feed it by straw, it choked and I gave up.
I'll share pictures tomorrow but I can tell you, it's a cute one. Thanks and regards, Koo
Hang on, folks.....it takes a turn for the better...read on.
