Today was Day Two and it was just as HOT (as in the weather)!
A loyal tshirt fan who bought our tshirt sometime ago. She cut the sleeves real short!

That’s Mary with Toto, our mascot for the day.
This is Nicole Kuang, a regular applicant to our fund. This is my first time meeting her.
The crowd was slightly better than yesterday, but the weather was no better – it was SO incredibly hot. It also didn’t help that the electricity failed many times (due to the overuse of power in some booths) and our fans went off.
However, despite the heat, we’re happy and touched that many visitors said they had already read some of our books and have come to see if there were any new books. The message is out and being spread around. To date, a total of 60190 books have been printed and distributed free to the public. Some went overseas as well.
This is Lai Mei Kueen (in dark yellow) and with her is Mdm Ho. Mei Kueen and Mdm Ho work together to feed, rescue and save stray dogs in Kajang. Mei Kueen has been applying for medical subsidies for the dogs jointly rescued by them. We discussed the two accident dogs currently being treated and also the plight of the many stray dogs that they feed.

Gosh, it sure feels good to hug a poodle again.
