We have subsidised RM100 for the neutering of Kopi, a male dog, rescued in Batu Pahat by Nyeow Miow Leng.

This is a male dog called “Kopi” from Tongkang Pecah, Batu Pahat.�I wish to castrate him. I will try to find a foster for him later.

Can I apply the subsidy to castrate him ?
