Medical Subsidy For Rescued Dog, Scurvy Aka Ariel (Liew Pei Yi�s)

Dear Dr Chan,

Good day, here’s another update for Scurvy (previously named Ariel) the mange dog. I am also in need of fund support to cover the medical fee (as attached below).

Recently i’ve switched Scurvy to a new vet to do a very precise test on her. Scurvy’s progress of recovery has been very slow.

She was diagnosed Sarcoptic at the moment. Which there are also secondary condition where Doctor found a lot of bacteria in her scalp. She will be taking antibiotics to kill the bacteria and yeast. Also with Malaseb to shower every 3 days. The vet also applied advocate spot-on to kill fleas and mange(a follow up appointment is needed in the next 2 weeks to apply another spot-on).

Besides, Doctor also check on the eyes. There are pus everyday since the first day of rescue. According to the vet its because of her dry eye that causes the pus. She is given eye drop to help with the eyes.

I hereby appeal for your generous help with the medical bill. Please find attachment for your kind reference. Pictures are taken recently. medical bill and medicine picture are taken on 9th September 2012 right after the treatment.
