Ababyl (her real name is Puteri Nazirah) emailed me last night asking for medical help for the three kittens she had adopted from Azna and Sumitra. Apparently, the kittens were having diarrhoea due to a change of food.
I said we could provide a medical subsidy for newly-rescued/adopted animals.
To everyone - please note that our help for medical treatment is a subsidy and not full sponsorship. With the increased number of cases coming to us, we will still provide free spay-neuter but we hope those who ask for help will understand that the medical help is only subsidy based on our policies (kindly click on the Policies tab above).
Ababyl brought her kittens to our panel vet today. They were examined and the vet said it wasn't serious. The cats were given Drontal, Dynapar and Neurobion and advised to go on Hill's Science ID.
Today's treatment is sponsored from our funds.
We would very much like to inculcate the "one good turn deserves another" spirit in helping the animals and their rescuers. When you bring an animal to us, your animal is helped through the generosity of our donors, so wouldn't it be nice if you could give something back to help the next animal that comes through us?
