Dear Dr. Chan,

There’s 2 stray dogs at my office parking compund. 1 of the dog just
gave birth to 5 pups. The dogs are not agressive yet the management
are making issue & planning to call MPPJ to hulls the dogs away. I’m
not sure where to go ask for help, would need help in capturing the
dog & hopefully there’s a place for them. I’m unable to take in the
dogs as my son asmathic. Pleae contact via email or mobile
