Subsidy For The Spaying Of 5 Female Dogs (Lai Mei Kueen�s)

We have subsidised RM600 for the spaying of 5 female dogs, rescued by Lai Mei Kueen and Mdm Ho.

From Mei Kueen:

Dear Dr Chan.

We are planning to TNRM for the 5 dogs in the attached photos. The puppies in this area are being chased away and we are not allowed to feed them.
Everytime we feed them, a man staying nearby will chase them away and scold us but we will lure this puppies and the other dogs to a further place
and continue feeding them. Therefore, we decided to spay them to prevent the increase.

Can we proceed and claim for the subsidy?
