500 DOGS WERE YESTERDAY MOVED FROM OVERCROWDED NAKHON PHANOM SHELTER TO KHEMMARAT FOLLOWING SDF’s VACCINATION PROGRAM THERE. This still leaves around 1200 dogs at Nakhon Phanom and now a similar number at Khemmarat where the manager today called SDF requesting more assistance with food. Buriram shelter which was closed and dismantled now also taking more dogs in, and the situation in remote Kanchanaburi remains grave despite new shelters and medication getting there. We are becoming increasingly stretched in coping with all the needs of these dogs. It is a sad fact that preventing these dogs dying is costing a lot of money. Please help as much as you can.
