Spay-Neuter Subsidy For 2 Cats (Dr Aniza Abdullah�s)

We have subsidised RM180 for the spaying of 1 female cat and RM80 for the neutering of 1 male cat.

Good day Dr Chan,
Hope you are well and calm in handling this difficult situation i.e Baggy’s health. Sorry to bother you with this email at this point of time.
As per SMS conversation earlier, i would like to apply for subsidy for 2 out of 3 cats that i’ve sent for spay/neuter on 10th August. I brought 2 males (Constantine and Odie) and a female, Blackgirl.
Constantine or Cons is a yellow tabby male aged 1 year old. I fed him since last year and he started to become tame few months ago.
Blackgirl is a female, estimated about 5-6 months old. Basically she only comes once in a while for food. Her usual spot is at my neighbour’s porch.
Odie is actually abandoned by his owner,and if you still remember from my previous email, he shares the same owner with Baby. Early this year i spoke to the owner that i can help to bring her cats for spay/neuter but she refused. At that time Odie was still their ‘sweetheart’. Later about 2 months ago I saw Odie always outside, came by for food, fighting with other cats and now staying at the rubbish dump area.
Im applying for both Blackgirl and Cons. For Odie, no point i ask his previous owner to pay coz they dont believe in spay/neuter. So im sponsoring the neutering cost.
