Updates on 12th August – The kitten passed away this afternoon. May he be in a better place now.
We have subsidised RM56 for the medical treatment of this kitten. A reader who wishes to remain anonymous has subsidised the balance of the bill, ie. another RM56.
About the kitten, brought in by Maslinda today:
he was found in front of my house two days ago. he’s already having bad flu at that time with bad eye discharge. with the cmc ointment, the eye discharged have resolved, but the flu is there and abcess.he’s not been active, but still walking around
he was sent to vet today for treatment and deworming. he was suspected to have parvo virus and need to be isolated. he will be monitored for 5 days which is the critical time for parvo virus case. will send him for another follow up in the next 5 days. since he is also having diarrhoea, he’s on I/D diet. will mix little bit of transfer factor as well together with the other medication prescribed
