Found: Dog In TTDI � Is It Your Dog? (Koo Swee Por�s)

Dear Dr Chan,It would be very much appreciated if you could publicise this possible
lost dog case:

A dog has been found at a residential road very near to the
neighborhood mosque at Taman Tun Dr Ismail, KL. She has been on that
road for 3 days and residents have never seen her before in their
neighborhood section. So, a few dog-loving residents decided to rescue
her to prevent her being caught by DBKL animal catchers and she’s now
being temporarily fostered by a resident. They contacted my neighbor
who in turn, asked me for help to advise the rescuers on what to do.

She’s female and believed to be about 2 years old only. We believe
she’s not a stray because of her friendliness to humans, her fur being
in good condition with no skin problems (as common with strays) and
there were no ticks on her body. They believed she could be dumped and
asked me to vaccinate and spay her before putting her up for adoption.
They pooled RM400 for the vaccination and spaying. However, I will try
to look for the owner first before doing so.
