Spaying Subsidy For 1 Female Cat (Nur Ezati Solikin�s)

Hi Dr. Chan,

My aunt has been feeding this one female stray cat for few months now and grew fond of her. She asked my help to take the cat to the vet to get it checked, dewormed etc. But lately the cat was being “harassed”�by few different male cats and my aunt was really worried. So I convinced her to get the cat neutered too. She was a bit reluctant at first, but after I explained to her the importance of neutering strays and how it actually help them, and also it is acceptable to our religion (Islam) given the condition of the animal, she finally agreed. So I took the cat to the vet and get her neutered last week and I would like to apply for AnimalCare’s neutering subsidy. I will bear the other medical expenses (vaccination, deworm, deflea).

Attached are the picture of the cat (I’m taking care of her till her wound healed as my aunt has no experience on this), a scan copy the completed form and the receipt for your attention. I have posted the original form & receipt via Pos express.
