HELP urgently needed to remove some dogs from a premise in Ampang. We are certain you have heard or read about 74-year-old Wong Choon Pan who has been hoarding dogs in a shop house belonging to someone else. The dogs have increased in number and he has about 60+ now. One of our volunteers in Ampang had been speaking with this man over the weeks and she is running an audit on the dogs to determine the number of:
2)Pregnant mothers
3)Older puppies below the age of one
4)Older dogs
5)Sick dogsMDDB is willing to take in all the puppies below three months regardless of the number and we have found someone who can take in 20 dogs temporarily. That 20 can be made-up of pregnant mothers and young dogs. We are in the midst of securing more places for the other dogs and need your help in transporting them to the necessary locations. WE ARE DEEPLY CONCERNED AS THE AREA IN QUESTION IS SERVICED BY A NOTORIOUS PRIVATE DOG CATCHING COMPANY WHICH IS KNOWN FOR ITS CRUELTY. ALL THIS PUBLICITY MAY JUST LEAD THEM TO THE DOGS AND ITS GOING TO BE A BIG BONUS FOR THEM. REMOVAL BEGINS TONIGHT AND THOSE WHO WANT TO SAVE THESE ANIMALS FROM THE JAWS OF DEATH – can call or SMS 016-2988636, 017-2081844, 019-3576477. Other rescuers and rescue groups are welcome to join us and we hope to get places for more dogs by this evening. This should not be made into an ego issue – the crux here is to get the dogs out before they are harmed. PLEASE SHARE AS WIDELY AS POSSIBLE.
