Spaying Subsidy For 1 Female Cat (Nur Suraya�s)

We have subsidised RM100 for this cat.

Dear Dr. Chan
This female kitten is new to the community animal group and loyally
following a male ginger cat. According to the Vet, she’s about 6-7
months old. The kitten is now neutered and will be released to the
community as soon as her wound heal properly.
I would like to apply for the subsidy for the neutering procedure. The
subsidy form and original receipt will be posted in due course.
These is a picture of the kitten 1 day after the procedure.
