Gratitude Is The Fairest Blossom Which Springs From The Soul

And it applies to both humans and animals…
Here’s looking at some old photos from six years back when Tiger first came to our household. At that time, Cow, Bunny and Pole were about 4 months old and we had not planned on adopting anymore cats, but a rescue group asked me to foster Tiger for a few weeks after which they would take him back for adoption. They did not take him back, so Tiger ended up living with us.
Cow, Bunny and Pole were jealous of Tiger and did not want to accept him. Tiger came as an only kitten as he was found huddled against his dead mother, so he was all alone. We had to protect him from Cow and siblings and his only friend was a stuffed toy named Lion.
Bobby, as always, rose to the occasion and protected Tiger.
Soon, Cow relented and took Tiger under his wing and taught him the ways of being a cat.
Here, Cow was teaching little Tiger how to scratch…like a cat.
Bunny and Pole followed suit and Tiger was accepted as part of the family.
But Tiger never forgot how Bobby cared for him when he first came.
Now, six years down the road…
Tiger is always looking out for Bobby….
Protecting Bobby as how Bobby protected him before.
So, yes, gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul.
And this applies to felines, canines, many animals, and humans too?
