Dear Dr.Chan,

There’s been a stray dog in my neighbourhood for quite sometime now.
My family has been providing her food from time to time.
We’ve decided to spay her with the intention that someone out there
would be kind enough to provide her with a good home.
I’ve already have 3 dogs with me as I’m unable to accommodate this
wonderful and friendly dog.
I’m hoping that someone could adopt this very loving animal.

Also, hoping that I’m eligible for the subsidy claim as I’m planning
to neuter/spay some stray cats as well very soon.

Attached are the pictures of the dog and also the spayed pictures of
her which was done last Thursday [12/7/12].
