Neutering Subsidy For 2 Cats (Angie Ng Chew Khuis)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of this female cat and sponsored RM50 for the neutering of the male cat. According to Angie, these two cats were recently adopted by a Malay girl.

They are 2 kittens (2 months old) which adopted by a Malay family in
this February 2012.
Now, they are grow up & old enough to be spay and castrate.
Can I apply the subsidy to spay and castrate them ?

On thisFebruary, 5 kittens (2 monthss old)were abandoned in the Pasar Ikan at Tongkang Pecah, Batu Pahat. Miow Leng asked me to find somebody adopt these 5 kittens.
Finally, I foundthis young Malay girl to adopt these 2 kittens, a Chinese secondary schoolteacher to adopt another kitten in grey colour, a Carrefour cashier to adopt anotherkitten in brown colour and aMalay lady adopt another kitten in black colour.
I promised them to spay/ castrate these kittens when they grow until 6 months old on coming June- July.To avoid themasalah anak kucing & kencing merata-rata .
As a matter of fact, nobody want to adopt ” female” animal no matter cats or dogs. This is biased against thegender. But what to do ?
I thanked this young Malay girl sincerely. You know why ? She is only the oneshowed her commitment to small animal.
The Chinese secondary school teacher refused to answer my phone call, the Carrefour cashier lost the kitten and the Malay lady cannot be contacted as Miow Leng forgot to get her contact no.
I always “promote” to the public. Their commitment to theanimal is the best reward to our hardwork and effort.
The young Malay girl have help to take care these 2 kittens succesfully. Then, I cannot break my promise as well.
