Neutering Subsidy For 2 Male Cats (Lim Swee Yen�s)

Hi Dr.Chan,

I would like to apply for a subsidy for the castration of 2 male cats
- Bee and Xiao Tan.

Bee was rescued in October 2011 when he was just about 2 days old,
with his umbilical cord still attached. He was abandoned at a park
together with his sibling (which did not survive). They were left at
the park with towels and a bowl of milk. The person who abandoned them
obviously had no idea that the kittens cannot take the milk on their
own.

Xiao Tan was dumped at my house when he was about 2 months old in
December 2011.
