We have subsidised RM120, as 50% of the third bill (RM240) from Elizabeth Leong for this cat. Elizabeth is claiming the first two bills from Scratch.

Dear Dr. Chan,
My friend, Jason and myself has found a stray cat that possibly has an owner back on 16th May 2012 at Taman Bunga Raya, Setapak(nearby TAR College). He was involved in an accident and we have helped sent it for ICU at the vet’sand then transferred back to another clinic for further medical attention(since I’ve been visiting this other clinic for the past 6-7 years and it’s cheaper there). After inquiring with one of the vets here – about the condition of the eyeball if left intact, my friend and I has decided to go ahead with the surgery to remove the left eyeball.
Earlier on, we have wrote to KTAJ regarding this issue and also seeking their advise and help for this. We have also requested for them to help spread the news about this stray male cat, hoping to be able to find his owner(if he had one, to begin with). There seems to be no news of any owners hence, we would also like to find him a new owner.
KTAJ has informed me that writing to you might get the total bills subsidized so, I am trying my luck. Attached are the pictures of before-after and the bills that has all been settled for this stray that I am speaking of. I am unable to take in this stray as The vet has informed me that he might have a permanent head damage and he will always be kept in a cage at my 17th floor apartment. I wish to find a good home for this stray as he is a very ‘manja’ cat who would need more human attention. He isn’t very friendly with other cats though… always fighting with the other 10 cats I have at home.
I thank you in advance for your time and possibly your help in the future about this case.
Yours,
CJ
