We have subsidised RM120 for the spaying of a rescued female dog, brought in by Suey Lili and Teh Boon Chuan.

Dear Dr.Chan
Wewould like to apply for the spay subsidy fora puppy, name Xiao Hei.
Last month, shewas foundnearby shop lot area in setiaalam, shah alam and she was unable to walk.
We sent her to Setia Alam vet clinic and was diagnosed with pelvis fracture.
She is staying in the vet clinic till now & recover. She is schedule for spaying next week.
