We have subsidised RM100 for Hei Hei’s spaying.

Xiao Hei is a female cat in Kluang, Johor who just gv birth in last
month, she is breast feeding her two kittens at one of my neighbour’s
house, I’m planning to bring her for spaying on 12 May 2012 and her
two kittens will be bring to Klang and open for adoption.

Dear Dr. Chan,
Attached is the photo of her which is provided by the vet who spayed her, the cat has just discharged today, I’m so happy that finally she no need to suffer the process ofpregnancy and the pain ofalways losing her kittens (according to my neighbor, one died in front of her due to car accident, another one was dropped into longkang and died when she tried to bring the baby to jump over the longkang, many missing with unknown reasons).
For the original receipt, can I request the vet to send to you from Kluang, Johoron my behalf as I am in Klang now, and I will fill up the subsidyform and post to you.
