If the Pulau Ketam incident was a tragedy for dogs, I think this would be a tragedy of similar a magnitude for cats.
Cruelty to animals need to be seriously addressed in this country. For some, education works – slowly but surely. For those whom education cannot reach, stricter penalty is definitely needed as a deterrent.
