The bill for this kitten was RM21 and we have subsidised RM10.50 for it.

hi kah yein,
it was happen right after our lunch when we are in the car on the way to usj for an appointment, we saw this kitten trying to cross the road in front of carrefour ss15, so i quickly stop by the roadside and lee jumped out from the car and grab this little cat up. when i look at her condition, her eyes was glued up by dried eye discharge, therefore she cant really see. so we thought we can send this kitten to your place and let you take care of her for awhile, but you suggested us to send it to the vet and get it treated first. so quickly we rushed to the clinic nearby.
after a check up did by vet, it’s just a normal eye infection, so the vet prescribed her with a bottle of eye drops.
am i able to apply for a subsidy for this little kitten?
