Updates On Hercules (from Esther Cheah)

Here are some happy updates of feisty little Hercules (well, probably no longer “little” now!):

Dear Kah Yein,

I received the subsidy and have promptly purchased extra dog food with it for the strays near my office.

Around 1 month ago, Hercules was successfully adopted by my colleague’s sister after his neutering and was whisked off to Pahang after 2 months of stay with us. One early morning last Tuesday much to the dismay of his new mistress, he caught his first rat and was happily pwaying wif it. He was given a good bath thereafter.

He is now a fluffy marmalade kitty and although the skin near his leg sometimes gets raw, we managed to get some extra cream for him from the vets who rescued his hind legs to be brought along to Pahang in the event it gets raw again.

Thank you for your encouragement, it gave us strength and made all this possible.

Will keep you up to date on the strays near my office. Seems that sometimes a good soul will leave some food for them on weekends, could be someone who read the post on myanimalcare. Food on weekends are definitely appreciated.
