Hi Dr. Chan,

Here’s my post on MDDB’s wall

There is a black dog that is limping and crying at the low cost apartments opposite Summerplace apartment in Sungai Pinang (near Burger King). I am a visitor from KL leaving today. Can anyone in Penang help?? I can see the dog from the balcony of the apartment that i am stuck in because i have no keys. Have posted on MDDB Northern’s wall as well. PLEASE HELP??
