Super Is FIV+ And Unwell (Maslinda Abu Talibs)

Super and her kittens were spotted by Koo on the 5-foot way in Shah Alam. At that time, Super had just given birth. Koo requested for either an adopter or fosterer, so I asked Maslinda if she could help and she agreed. The kittens, Maxie, Sunny and Jamie have since been adopted, and Maslinda has very kindly allowed Super to stay on in her cat community.
Super was unwell yesterday, and was brought to our vet this morning.
Super is one of our sponsored animals, so we have fully sponsored the RM173 for her treatment today.

Super;s Updates (photo 198):
She didnt eat much for few days, at times i need to force feed the AD to her. yesterday she’s not eating at all and started to have thick discharge from the nose.
Vet visit today,
~ temp was normal
~ initially wants to put her on prednisolone n baytril, but then decided to get the FIV/FELV test done to confirm either she’s having either one or it’s an asthma
~ test done, she’s diagnosed with FIV+
~ currently on anti histamine & bronsyp to control the flu & discharge.
~ vet will check whether can get supply of Retromad within 1 week. if needs more than a week, will put super on antibiotic, without retromad. if there’s retromad, will start retromad n antibiotic at the same time
~ her weight dropped quite a lot. 1st visit 2.9kg, during spay 2.7kg, then 2.3kg and today only 1.75kg.
~ i’ll monitor her eating habit n poopee activity. currently she pee n poo normally. stools are solid, but at times too solid. there are times where i’ll give her glucose as well
~ she’s also on vetri
~ when she was sick the last time, i’m having difficulties feeding her meds and at times unable to get her medicine in. so most of the medications given, i requested to be in liquid form.
I’m told a certain clinic may still have the RetroMAD1 supply and have informed Maslinda about it.
