PANDA – a beautiful soul looking for a home!…. Panda is just one of the young dogs (approx 12 months old) who’s living at the Soi Dog Shelter. She’s a been here her whole life (dumped as a puppy) & we’d love to find her a home where she can blossom! Panda’s a little shy, so we need someone to give her lots of love & attention. Soi Dog Foundation
