Cookie Needs A Home – Rescued From Phuket’s Government Dog Pound…

From Sherin, Cookies rescuer:

Cookie is a Shitzu that Sherin rescued from the pound, & is looking for a new home.

Cookie is a female & has been neutered, vaccinated & is very healthy, although she does have dry eye ( which is very common to Shitzu breed) so the use of eye drops morning & night to keep the eyes lubricated is needed. She is still a puppy , about 1 year old & loves to swim, in a pool, lake or at the ocean, if theres water around she’ll be in there.

Id love for her to be adopted to a family with another 1 or more small dogs, as she loves to play fight with other dogs her size & go for a morning run, she’s quite energetic ( still a puppy)

She is well trained to sit & down & also has a really great trick of standing on her hind legs & putting her front paws in the prayer position & doing a Sawadee-ka.- she cuddly & loves being groomed.

I’d prefer to have her adopted within Phuket ( if possible) so I could meet with the owners to confirm they are going to be the right people for her, as she has had a pretty rough start to life & I think she was abused.
