Subsidy For Spaying Of 1 Female Cat (Nicole Kuang Wei Fen�s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of Big Dot, a female cat rescued by Nicole Kuang Wei Fen. Nicole is a beauty consultant and we have been subsiding the neutering of her rescued cats.
