Spaying Subsidy For 1 Female Cat (Lim Swee Yen�s)

Dear Dr.Chan,

I would like to apply for a subsidy to spay a female cat. This cat is
from Taman Beringin, Jinjang. She is one of the many cats in that area
and the population is increasing dramatically as people there do not
believe in spaying their cats. An owner of a mini market has been
feeding this cat. I talked to him and seeked for his permission to
spay this cat. Thankfully, he allowed me to do so although at first,
he was a bit reluctant.
