The SPCA received a report on Sunday 6 May at 6.30pm that there were three abandoned tortoises at the void deck of Blk 796 Woodlands Dr 72. When our Animal Rescue Officer arrived at the scene, he encountered three Red-Eared Sliders in a box without food and water.
