🌿🌏 WildQuest Explorace: A Roaring Success! 🌏🌿

On 15 December 2024, Nur Sumaiiya, one of our Suara Bumi Top 5 finalists, spearheaded the WildQuest Explorace, an exciting initiative to raise awareness about wildlife and biodiversity preservation in Perak! 🐅🌴

Over 30 students from SMK Convent Taiping engaged in meaningful activities, from learning about endangered species like the Malayan tiger, orangutans, and pygmy elephants! 🐘🦧🌱✨

In the grand finale, the students presented what they learned about all the different species they explored, including fun facts, threats and actions to protect them. This inspiring event showcased how team-based, educational activities can make conservation fun and impactful while highlighting the urgent need to protect Malaysia’s precious ecosystems. 🌺🌳

Suara Bumi, a collaboration between Roots & Shoots Malaysia and Persatuan Pandu Puteri Malaysia (Girl Guides Association Malaysia) Cawangan Perak, continues to empower youth to champion biodiversity through innovative campaigns and action-driven solutions.
