This tenant living opposite my house tried to kill his dog just now.

We called the police immediately but like always, they aren’t taking any actions.

I feel hopeless and don’t know what to do.

I will be going to the police station tomorrow to file a report and mean while i was wondering if you could share these on the page. 😭”
