Health Issue: ITP (Blood count dropped from 22% to 12% in 3 days time now)

Admitted in: Hands & Paws

Blood Donor Criteria:

- 2-5 years old

- >20kg, indoor

- Good temperament

- Vaccination up to date

- Heartworm & ectoparasite prevention up to date

- Never received blood transfusion before and did not donate blood for past 3 months

- Fasting minimum of 8 hours

- Negative and no history of tick fever/ heartworm
