An abandoned dog was seen this morning 6.45am at jalan bunga tanjung 6a.
Abandoned in front of Tsin Fatt restoran.
It was still there looking and waiting for his owner when i was leaving the market at 8am.
Hope somebody can help him 🙏🏻
