To all RESCUERS/OWNERS. SPCA is collaborating with Counsel of Claws to offer pro bono (free) legal services to sue anyone for cruelty to animals.

Counsel of Claws is initiated by a senior lawyer witnessing the demonstration for Kopi Justice at Parliament Building on 12 Nov 2024.
