The Update Many Of You Have Been Waiting For Butte..

The update many of you have been waiting for… Butterboy! 🧡

When Butterboy was just a few weeks old, he was bundled into a sandbag and abandoned by the side of the road. If that wasn’t scary enough for this young pup, his vision was impaired by glaucoma and corneal ulcers.

Butterboy was brought to the Soi Dog shelter and, after exhausting all possible treatment options, his painful and damaged eyes were removed.

But blindness was no barrier for this spirited boy who grew into a bold and playful character with the ability to sniff out a tennis ball from a mile off! 🥎

Butterboy became a star among our volunteers, but in the end it was a family in the UK 🇬🇧 who offered him a home after finding themselves captivated by his story from afar.

Here’s what they have to say about Butterboy since he joined them in September:

“Butterboy made himself at home as soon as he walked through the door, and after a few weeks had it all worked out.

He loves dozing on his sofa, morning zoomies in the back garden, and getting in the car to go on a walk (he likes the drive almost as much as what comes after it). He’s even got used to having an annoying little brother (Brick the cat!)

Mr Butter is such a loving, funny, charmingly stubborn(!) and happy boy, and everyone he’s met adores him and his big fluffy ears!

We’re so proud of him, and so excited for all the future adventures. ❤️”
